Bardessono is a 62-room eco-friendly luxury hotel resort located in Yountville, CA within Napa Valley. This is not your usual eco-friendly resort; it is LEED Platinum-certified, which is the highest level of official recognition possible for sustainable and environmentally friendly design. This is only the 3rd Platinum certification any hotel has ever received.
The modern hotel was constructed from salvaged trees and recycled concrete. The 947 solar panels installed on the roofs power a large portion of Bardessono’s electrical energy. All the rooms, which are suites, offer glass-walled showers, spa tubs, and organic bed linens. Each room has massage tables that slide out of a cabinet.
The hotel also features it’s own restaurant serving a farm-fresh menu with locally sourced organic ingredients. In addition to in-room private spa treatments the hotel has a Spa Therapy Center with two couples’ rooms, two facial rooms and sauna.
